What's the minimum order?: No minimum. One t-shirt, one mug, one embroidered cap. Per-piece pricing changes with volume, but we'll take single orders no problem.
How long does an order take?: Small orders (5–20 pieces) usually ship in 2–5 business days. Larger production gets a date the same day you quote. If you have a hard deadline, tell us up front.
Do you design for me or do I bring the artwork?: Both. If you bring vector artwork, the price drops. If you only have an idea or reference, the shop builds it — design is quoted separately based on complexity.
What's the difference between embroidery and screen printing?: Embroidery uses thread and needle — premium, durable, ideal for caps, polos and uniforms. Screen printing uses ink on fabric — better for t-shirts and higher volumes. We'll recommend the right one for your project.
Do you deliver or do I pick up?: Larger orders get delivered in Juárez at no cost. Smaller orders are picked up at the shop — we WhatsApp you when they're ready.
Do you accept hand-drawn designs?: Yes. Send us a photo of the sketch and we'll digitize it. If you're producing multiple pieces, it's worth doing it right once.
