What's the minimum order?

No minimum. One t-shirt, one mug, one embroidered cap. Per-piece pricing changes with volume, but we'll take single orders no problem.

How long does an order take?

Small orders (5–20 pieces) usually ship in 2–5 business days. Larger production gets a date the same day you quote. If you have a hard deadline, tell us up front.

Do you design for me or do I bring the artwork?

Both. If you bring vector artwork, the price drops. If you only have an idea or reference, the shop builds it — design is quoted separately based on complexity.

What's the difference between embroidery and screen printing?

Embroidery uses thread and needle — premium, durable, ideal for caps, polos and uniforms. Screen printing uses ink on fabric — better for t-shirts and higher volumes. We'll recommend the right one for your project.

Do you deliver or do I pick up?

Larger orders get delivered in Juárez at no cost. Smaller orders are picked up at the shop — we WhatsApp you when they're ready.

Do you accept hand-drawn designs?

Yes. Send us a photo of the sketch and we'll digitize it. If you're producing multiple pieces, it's worth doing it right once.

How much does a custom t-shirt cost?

It depends on the fabric, the technique (screen print, DTF or embroidery), the colors and the quantity. We quote same-day on WhatsApp; the more pieces, the lower the per-piece price.

How can I pay?

We accept cash, bank transfer and deposit. We can invoice corporate orders.

Do you deliver to El Paso, Texas?

We produce in Ciudad Juárez and coordinate delivery with you across the Juárez–El Paso border. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out.

Do you do rush orders?

Yes, depending on the shop's workload. Tell us your deadline up front and we'll confirm if we can make it; many small orders ship in 2–5 business days.

What file format should I send my design in?

Ideally a vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) or a high-resolution PNG. Don't have it vectorized? We'll prep it for production.
